Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) smoked salmon (or cooked salmon)
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Fresh dill or chives (chopped, to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the smoked or cooked salmon, cream cheese, butter, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard (if using). Blend until smooth.
